Sales Associate
Location: Cornelius, NC
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commission

Seeking a motivated sales professional to generate new business, build client relationships, and sell coaching programs, memberships, and events.
Compensation:
- $600 per qualified sale
- $150 per membership sale
- 10% commission on event sales
- Bonus for ever 5 Sales additional $1500
- Associates who stay over a year earn close to 100K (200K for seasoned)
Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily.
- Qualify prospects and close sales.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
- Participate in sales training and coaching.
- Build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in inside sales, outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and closing skills.

- Ability to work onsite in Cornelius, NC.
