Sales Assistant

One of our major luxury clients is currently seeking a Wholesale assistant for their NYC office.

Role is hybrid 3 days in office and 2 remote.

Title: Temporary Wholesale Assistant, Women’s Footwear

Start Date:

1. December 1st, 2026
2. Duration: Until end of February (approximately)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with order entry and work within wholesale systems (training will be provided)
2. Support the team in a client-facing capacity within the showroom during market
3. Pull weekly sales reports for the wholesale team
4. Organize client’s merchandise photoshoots after market
5. Help check in with logistics and operations teams to ensure the showroom is properly set up and running smoothly

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience or relevant internship in merchandising, planning, or wholesale
2. Strong Excel skills (Excel test will be required) Vlookups and Pivot Table knowledge required
3. Tech-savvy – familiarity with systems like OES, Excel, Numbers
4. Comfortable interacting with clients and reading a room
5. Previous agency experience is a plus
6. Strong people skills and ability to work within a close-knit, seasoned team
