Sales Assistant (Fashion)

We are seeking a Sales Assistant (Wholesale) to serve as the right hand to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development-Swim (located in Fashion District)

Must have strong Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups) & PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of the sales process, including, but not limited to, sales orders, buy sheets, selling reports/recaps, inventory.
• Engage in buyer interactions and follow up with buying teams.
• Prepare e-commerce copy for websites, highlighting product features and benefits.
• Maintain extreme attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Help maintain the showroom and assist with market appointments with the buyers.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales support role.
• (Swim experience is not necessary. Your experience can be other classifications all swimwear, Sportswear, Accessories, etc.)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must requirement for this role.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.

Must have a BA/BS.

Strong MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time only, 4-5 days in office mandatory
