What you'll do:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Support sales staff with day-to-day operations and customer follow-ups
- Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle organization
- Assist with test drive coordination and vehicle preparation
- Handle basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, CRM updates)
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous experience working in a professional customer service role
- Valid drivers license
