- Searching for a high-energy, extremely motivated, customer centric Inside Sales Account Manager to increase the sales of spare parts and develop relationships by providing exceptional customer service. - Meet or exceed annual sales goals with parts sales to the external customer base by attaining daily call activity metrics, increasing touchpoints, and following up on leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders for service parts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account management.
- Researching and identifying part numbers, obtaining part prices and lead times, and tracking shipment with close management on special/larger orders sold by Unitec.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes and offer obsolescence product solutions to grow the sales pipeline.
- Proactively propose, promote, and develop promotional product campaigns for new and existing products.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of parts and packages.
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- The successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft-based computer software and HubSpot CRM.
- Goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills.
