Qualifications
* Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills; ideally, experience in the manufacturing industry (automation industry is a plus)
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
* General understanding of PLC-based controls, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including reading and interpreting schematics.
* Ideally, experience with conventional toolroom equipment, i.e., calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, including manual lathes, mills, surface-grinding equipment
* Experience with standard office software packages, e.g., Microsoft products.
* Ideally, experience with CAD software
