Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, and service functions to align product strategy with business objectives. Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring priorities align with market demands and long-term company goals. Assist with the planning and execution of new product introductions, including launch readiness, customer adoption, and commercial support activities. Monitor product performance and market acceptance, recommending adjustments to improve profitability, competitiveness, and overall business results.
Contribute to pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts to support sustainable growth. CNC experience required (mills/lathes). Quoting, costing, customer facing experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Ability to use MS Office.What's on OfferCompetitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 USD.
