The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the field and in the office, meeting with businesses, presenting our services, generating new opportunities, and representing the My Healthy Penguin brand professionally.We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and strong with follow-through. This person should be able to take initiative, build lasting business relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and provide a high level of service to the partnerships they manage.This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship building, and being an active part of growing a company.What You'll DoIdentify and develop new business and partnership opportunitiesProspect through calls, email, networking, referrals, social media, and in-person outreachIntroduce businesses to our food, catering, and workplace service optionsConduct meetings, presentations, tastings, site visits, and marketing eventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partnersRegularly follow up with accounts and ensure a positive customer experienceIdentify opportunities to grow and expand existing partnershipsAssist with marketing initiatives, community outreach, and brand awarenessGenerate new ideas for sales, promotions, events, and business growthMaintain organized follow-ups, account information, and sales activityRepresent My Healthy Penguin professionally in the fieldWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is confident, personable, organized, and driven.
