Sales and Marketing Director

To support the company's strategic vision, the full-time Director of Sales and Marketing will direct, strategize, and manage marketing and sales functions focused on promoting Medicaid, Medicare, and Health Insurance Marketplace products while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Develop local sales and marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives and membership goals Establish and manage professional relationships with local media, vendors, and community organizations Research and monitor the competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives and outreach activities Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in sales management, marketing, or brand management, preferably in healthcare or insurance Proven ability to develop and achieve strategic plans related to membership and product growth Experience in establishing brand identity and managing external communications Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
