Sales & Leadership Trainee: Rotational Program

Yancey Brothers Co. in Georgia is launching its Sales and Leadership Training (SaLT) Program, an entry-level path designed to develop future sales and leadership talent.

This 12-week, rotation-based training offers hands-on experience across divisions, blending in-person and computer-based learning. As a Sales and Leadership Trainee, you’ll shadow colleagues, participate in classroom sessions, and work toward a full-time home base assignment.
