Sales & Account Management AssociateGTR is seeking a motivated Sales & Account Management Associate to work directly alongside our Sales Manager and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, account management, and business development while gaining exposure to recruiting, client service, and staffing operations.Responsibilities:Research prospective clients and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedInBuild and maintain prospect lists and CRM recordsSupport business development and lead generation effortsCoordinate client meetings and follow-up activitiesAttend client visits and sales meetingsSource and screen candidates for open positionsLearn recruiting and staffing industry best practicesSupport client communication and relationship managementAssist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth effortsQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learnHighly organized and detail-orientedSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicProficient with technology and business softwareBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredWhy GTR?
