Sales Analyst
What you'll own:
- Produce and distribute monthly sales reports for commercial accounts, giving Sales Managers the analytics and performance insights they need
- Prepare commission reports for Finance and external sales representatives, and maintain rep contracts and records
- Maintain and validate customer trade agreements, coordinating pricing updates, discount files, and promotional programs with Sales Managers and the EDI team
- Manage product setup and maintenance across internal systems and customer portals
- Audit customer portal data to keep it aligned with D365 and other company systems
- Serve as the go-to liaison across Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and IT for item, pricing, and customer data
- Oversee price list and item catalog governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
- Identify and drive process improvements in reporting, pricing, and item setup workflows
- Develop and maintain SOPs to support strong data governance
- Bring 2+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with D365 or a comparable ERP (Power BI a plus!)
