Sales Account RepServiceMaster Advanced Restoration is hiring a Sales Account Rep!Manages relationships with current customers and referral sources. Prospects for additional revenue opportunities.Job Responsibilities:Contacts customers before and after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospectsProspects and develops new sales leads in assigned verticalsCreate, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters' other key relationshipsContinually builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques for specific relationship types and verticalsPrepares documents for job file reviews with current and prospective clientsDocuments and reports on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthlyParticipates in collections efforts with non-residential customers when necessaryResolves issues with customersSpecific Responsibilities:Achieving revenue and margin goals.Ability to reach decision-makers and intensely focus on turning leads into accounts and sales.Identifying and calling on potential new customers.Creating value propositions that meet the customer's needs.Developing ongoing customer relationships.Create a relationship and promote our commercial and residential services to Insurance Adjusters, Insurance Agents, Plumbing Companies, Home Inspector's, etc. so that they will recommend our company to their clients, and within their own networks.Analyze the market and identify viable target clients in managed property, education, government, hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors in the Orange County market.Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners.Develop sales strategies and help develop sales presentation materials.Deliver effective sales presentations in person.Professionally conduct meetings with clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends.Join our GROWING Team and Enjoy:Uncapped commission potentialReimbursement of applicable business-related expensesHealth benefitsPaid vacation, holidays, sick payCompany cell phone or allowanceCompany vehicle or allowanceOn-target earnings are expected to exceed $115k per year.Compensation: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
