Job Summary:
- Join our team as a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer, where you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our client’s Identity Governance and Administration platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and manage integrations with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
- Configure and manage access reviews, certifications, and role-based access control.
- Act as the primary contact for identity-related incidents, resolving provisioning and access issues.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and automation opportunities.
- Create and update IAM governance documentation, including standards and architecture diagrams.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Proficiency in REST APIs, SCIM, and SaaS integrations.
- Familiarity with Java, BeanShell, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and authentication protocols such as SAML and OAuth.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- SailPoint ISC certification(s).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like JSOX, HIPAA, or GxP.
