This role will lead high-impact development efforts within identity and access management (IAM) in a dynamic, Agile environment.
If you're experienced, self-driven, and ready to innovate, we want you on our team!Key Responsibilities:Research, design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IAM applicationsEvaluate and test software systems and recommend areas for improvementDevelop and manage SailPoint IIQ components – workflows, rules, connectorsIntegrate identity solutions using Okta and Azure SSOCreate and maintain secure APIs for access control and identity servicesCollaborate cross-functionally with architects, project managers, and UX teamsActively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project successMinimum Qualifications:6+ years of Agile/Scrum solution delivery experience6+ years of working with SailPoint IIQ architecture and deployment4+ years of hands-on SailPoint development (rules, workflows, connectors, policies)4+ years of Okta SSO integration experience4+ years of API development for external system integrationStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independentlyDirect experience with Texas State Agency projects or public sector clientsKnowledge of Azure AD and contemporary IAM frameworks
