• Construction safety management experience
• Commercial construction experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• OSHA regulations and compliance knowledge
• Jobsite safety inspections and audits
• Site-specific safety plan development and implementation
• Accident and incident investigation
• Root-cause analysis
• Corrective action management
• Toolbox talks and safety training
• Subcontractor safety compliance
• Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Fall protection and hazard recognition
• PPE compliance
• Safety documentation and reporting
• Emergency response planning
• Coordination with project managers and superintendents
• Communication with subcontractors and field personnel
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to travel between active project sites
• Valid driver's license
