Managing a team of ICSR staff, the full-time Case Processing Manager, Team Lead will oversee project-specific KPIs, manage deviations, and support pharmacovigilance activities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Line manages assigned ICSR staff and provides support for project activities Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs to optimize ICSR team efficiency Involved in ICSR processing and second quality control of cases Required qualifications Life science graduate or equivalent qualification with experience in pharmacovigilance 5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance, including a minimum of 3 years in a line manager role Fluent in English, both spoken and written Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications Strong organizational and planning skills
