Safety Manager(Trucking)

We're Hiring: Safety Manager – Trucking | Naperville, IL

We're looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our safety and compliance program and support our growing fleet.

Location: Naperville, IL (on-site)

Pay: $2,000/week

Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

• Manage FMCSA/DOT compliance, including HOS, ELD, DQ files, and drug & alcohol testing

• Monitor and improve CSA scores and prepare for DOT audits

• Handle accident investigations, claims, and insurance coordination

• Onboard, train, and coach drivers on safety policies

• Work directly with dispatch and a multilingual driver team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of safety experience in US trucking

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Fluent Russian (required, since much of our driver team speaks Russian)

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable making tough calls
