We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support commercial and mission critical/data center projects across AZ. This role is responsible for leading site safety efforts, ensuring compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across active job sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and manage site-specific safety programs
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
* Lead safety meetings, orientations, and ongoing training
* Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate hazards
* Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
Qualifications
* 5+ years of construction safety experience
* Experience in commercial construction and/or mission critical/data center projects
* Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
