Safety Manager

We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to maintain a safe workplace, ensure OSHA compliance, and promote a strong safety culture with a starting salary of $85,000 a year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and JSAs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety regulations
• Develop and provide employee safety training
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses
• Maintain safety policies, procedures, training records, and documentation
• Monitor safety performance and recommend corrective actions
• Oversee machine guarding, PPE, chemical storage, ergonomics, and material handling
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire drills, and evacuation procedures
• Assist with regulatory inspections and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OSHA certification/training required
• Previous safety experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
