Responsibilities
- Support safety compliance within a testing lab environment
- Conduct safety audits and maintain safety procedures
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Train and coach lab personnel on safety practices
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and operating procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in Safety, EHS, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Lab Operations, or a related field OR a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify hazards and support risk mitigation efforts
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, testing, or automotive environment
- Experience with safety audits, compliance, or quality procedures
