Safety-Driven Early Head Start Instructional Coach

The Leaguers, Inc. is seeking a full-time Early Head Start Instructional Coach for its Infant/Toddler Early Head Start Program.

The role focuses on applying federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, providing training and coaching to staff, and investigating incidents to drive continuous safety improvements. You will supervise teaching staff, develop and implement safety programs, conduct audits, and collaborate with management to foster a safe, healthy work
