Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
Job Details
- Model and promote a strong company-wide safety culture and accountability at every level of the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain ongoing safety education and training programs
- Conduct safety training and meetings for all employees, maintaining thorough documentation
- Train employees on construction and jobsite-specific hazard recognition and mitigation
- Perform regular jobsite inspections to identify risk areas and develop corrective action plans
- Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA/MSHA and other federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective/preventative actions
- Prepare and maintain all required safety documentation and reporting
- Partner closely with executive leadership, management, and field personnel to drive continuous improvement in safety performance
