In this on-site role, you will maintain safety records, incident reports, and training logs while assisting with inspections and audits across kitchen and logistics areas. You will help ensure adherence to FAA, OSHA, and food safety standards, prepare safety metrics for management, and coordinate safety trainings and PPE distribution.
