Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals in partnership with the leader and develop plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their individual goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the restaurant’s future leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick service restaurant locations.
- Background in hospitality, retail, or quick service restaurants strongly desired.
- Minimum age 18 years to qualify as a manager in corporate owned restaurants.
