Responsibilities

Provide anesthetic care across the system’s acute care hospitals and outpatient centers, participate in required on‑call schedules, and collaborate with surgical teams.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Anesthesiology (new graduates accepted).
• Completed Anesthesiology residency; subspecialty/fellowship training acceptable.
• Willing to participate in required on‑call schedules.
• NJ license or eligibility for licensure; NJ license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $550,000–$600,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on education, experience, and other factors.

Benefits include health, life, disability, and malpractice insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, PTO, additional time off for CME, and potential stipend for residents/fellows.

Final‑year residents/fellows can earn up to $50,000 as part of the Resident/Fellowship stipend program.
