We're looking for an experienced RV Technician who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and accountability. What You'll Do
* Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, propane, and mechanical systems.
* Perform warranty, customer-pay, maintenance, inspections, and installations.
* Troubleshoot problems and complete quality repairs.
* Communicate with Service Advisors about diagnosis, parts, and repair status.
* Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.
* Take pride in doing the job right the first time.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of RV Technician experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of RV systems and troubleshooting.
* Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented.
* RVIA/RVDA certification preferred, but experience matters.
Flat-Rate Pay - Earn Based on Your Productivity
This position is flat-rate , meaning you are paid based on the labor hours you complete and are credited for.
