RV Orientation SpecialistService Advisor

Compensation: HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION

Airstream Inland Empire is looking for an EXPERIENCED RV ORIENATION SPECIALIST / SERVICE ADVISOR AIRSTREAM EXPERIENCE PREFFRED BUT NOT REQUIRED! We are looking for, dedicated team player who possesses a positive attitude! 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

n
• Meet & confer with all sales/service customers
n
• Complete service orders provided on due bills
n
• Delegate work to technicians from work orders
n
• Perform estimates for time and parts required
n
• Complete work order once service is complete
n
• Provided detail orientation on recently purchased units    
n
• REQUIREMENTS:  
n
• Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
n
• Previous experience as a service advisor/writer in the automotive industry
n
• RV industry experience preferred, will train the right individual
n
• Basic RV technical knowledge is an asset
n
• Experience with scheduling
n
• Good telephone skills
n
• Customer service skills essential
n
• Problem solving skills and basic computer skills are an asset
n
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service
n
• Previous service writing experienced preferred
n
• Working knowledge of the CDK system 
n
• Must be willing to work weekends
n
