Lead Field OrganizerThe Ruth Fortune for Congress campaign is seeking a full-time Lead Field Organizer (Volunteer & Training Focus) to join its team in Connecticut. This role is centered on building, training, and managing a high-performing volunteer program that powers our field operation across the First Congressional District.The Lead Field Organizer will be responsible for recruiting volunteers, developing leadership pipelines, and ensuring volunteers are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to effectively engage voters and represent the campaign in their communities.Ruth is an attorney, a mother, a wife and a daughter who began her journey in the U.S. as an undocumented child.
