Russian Bilingual Expert for AI Training

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying native-level Russian language expertise to audio-based evaluations. This remote contractor role focuses on assessing how naturally and fluently Russian is spoken, then providing clear English-language feedback. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Russian audio clips and evaluate speaker or model-output nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in clear, concise English, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications that support consistent, understandable results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that improve AI understanding and generation of Russian.
• Complete assigned audio-review tasks accurately, on time, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Russian proficiency, including spoken and written language.
• At least B2 English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences clearly and accurately.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $30 to $65 per hour.
