Rural Family Medicine Physician — Flexible 4‑Day Week + Generous Bonus

MercyOne Medical Group- North Iowa in Osage/St. Ansgar, IA, is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a busy, full-time practice. The role includes outpatient clinic duties in St. Ansgar with inpatient rounding and ER coverage in Osage; OB shared care is optional.

The successful candidate will join a 2-clinic team of 5 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers, with a flexible 4–4.5 day work week and access to comprehensive on-site services and specialists.
