Working fully remote on a full-time basis, a Ruby on Rails Subcontractor will develop and maintain web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-friendly features Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Required qualifications Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and related technologies Strong understanding of web application architecture and design Experience with database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
