Concierge Retail Service RepresentativeRenewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Pittsburgh!As a Concierge RSR, you'll deliver Signature Service by serving as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project. You'll partner closely with Sales Representatives to provide personalized communication and ensure a seamless experience for every customer.We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:Provide Signature Service customer service to homeownersCreate and maintain homeowners' job filesSchedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder callsWork with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progressSend out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situationsWork Schedule Goal: After completing training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule:2 days remote (work from home)3 days in the office (Murrysville)Qualifications:1+ years customer service experienceSolid and accurate data entry skillsStrong communication and time management skillsCompetency in Microsoft Office softwareHigh attention to detail and organization abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasksPay Range: $24.95 - $36.15Culture and Benefits:At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
