* Should be hands-on in these skills and should be technically very strong
* Having additional skills like Centrify, RSA Clear Trust, PCI Access control, RSA Token would be an added advantage
* Should be willing to play the role of Individual contributor role in addition to co-ordination activities with Offshore
* Excellent customer relationship management skills
