- Pay Rate: $55.90/hour

- Manage neonatal and pediatric respiratory care with advanced ventilator management skills
- Administer therapies including Nitric Oxide (iNO) and high-flow nasal cannula
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and neonatal critical episodes
- Monitor and adjust neonatal ventilators and respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care
- Document clinical interventions accurately and timely
- Ohio Respiratory Therapist License
- NRP Certification (Required)
- CRT or RRT Credential
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience, neonatal ventilator management experience preferred
- Knowledge of nitric oxide, NAVA, oscillator ventilation, and high-risk neonatal procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
