ASANTE ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Local Radius: Client does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction.
- Call Off Policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours per 13 weeks.
- Non-Billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours of non-billable orientation for first work week. Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
- Licensure: Non-Oregon Licensed RNs can apply and be eligible for a 90-day temporary license if their permanent license is not posted before the start of their assignment.

General job duties. Types of procedures required. MUST HAVE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE PLEASE
Respiratory care for patients on medical floors, adult critical care and the emergency room, consisting of
• breathing treatments
• secretion mobilization
• non-invasive and invasive ventilation
• cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• intubation assistance
• drawing and analyzing blood gases
• obtaining EKGs
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
• Ventilators - Avea, Puritan Bennett 840, 3100 B HFOV, VentiPac transport ventilator
• Non-invasive ventilators - V60 and Vision
• IPV
• Capnostream 20 ETCO2
• OmniCell medication dispenser
• EPIC EMR
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.

4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
RRT, OR state licensure, BLS, NRP
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)

6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
Will work for Respiratory Therapy throughout the hospital.
7. Bed size/number of rooms/daily specimen/procedure count for this unit/dept.
12-14 treatments per 4 hour round or 4-5 ventilators.

Scrubs. No facial piercing other than ears. Tattoos covered.

One precepted shift to understand our patient driven protocols, patient care expectations, charting, locations of nursing units and supplies.
