Responsibilities include performing respiratory assessments, initiating and managing ventilator support, administering respiratory therapies, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with nurses, physicians, and NICU teams. The RRT will maintain accurate documentation, follow evidence-based protocols and infection control standards, and respond to emergencies.
