RQI Specialist I
Position Overview:
Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You'll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
- Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
- Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
- Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
- Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm
- Some overtime as required
Pay Rate:
- $17.31/ hr.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to utilize standard policies and procedures related to the position
- Ability to follow safety practices and principles
- Ability to utilize MS Office software effectively
- Ability to set-up and manipulate software installations
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of equipment
- Regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and move about the facility
