Ensuring the availability and successful execution of UiPath Orchestrator, the full-time RPA Support Engineer will monitor, manage incidents, and administer the RPA Environment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Monitor UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, and scheduled jobs for availability and successful execution Receive, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents affecting the RPA Environment Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including managing folders, robots, assets, and schedules Required Qualifications Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and RPA technologies Familiarity with incident management processes and ITSM platforms Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements Knowledge of change control processes for software deployment Strong understanding of automation execution and performance reporting
