Leading the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions, the full-time RPA Solution Architect will manage end-to-end technical architecture across RPA and intelligent automation platforms while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Design end-to-end automation architecture, including process assessment, solution design, and deployment strategy Lead technical implementation across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism, ensuring the right tool selection based on use cases Guide developers through solution design documents and manage bot orchestration, licensing, and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment Required qualifications: 8+ years total IT experience with 5+ years in RPA/intelligent automation architecture Hands-on architecture-level experience across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism Proven track record of delivering end-to-end automation solutions from discovery to production go-live Strong understanding of RPA architecture components and experience with Document Understanding frameworks Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and relevant certifications preferred
