We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirements8 years of development and solution architecture experience in Intelligent Automation Platform8+ years of delivering technical solutions spanning developer, Tech Lead, and Architect roles5+ years as a developer with RPA software (Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, Blueprism)2+ years as RPA Lead/ArchitectExperience in architecting and deploying UiPath and Power Automate solutionsExperience in Agile development and SCRUM (certification is helpful)Experience in setting up an Intelligent Automation CoEAt least 5 years in a team coordination roleProgram Management experience is a strong plusProficiency in programming languages (Java,.net, C#, Python)Experience presenting Automation technology concepts to business executives and technical teamsDesign a roadmap and create requirements for RPA/IA with AI and cognitive toolsBackground in IT architecture and software developmentAwareness of RPA design patterns and practicesExperience with Jira or similar toolsBachelor's degree preferredResponsibilities:Responsible for overall RPA workflow solution designSupport the creation/update of the RPA solution architecture design documentDefine business and functional requirements to design RPA workflows architectureOversee development progress and maintain workflow standardsAct as a single point of contact for RPA vendors for technical issuesDevelop and document configuration best practicesCommunicate benefits of Automation focusing on ROI & Operational KPIsAssist development team in resolving technical problems and complete enhancements, regression testing, updates, and troubleshoot errorsCoordinate with all levels of the organization to design and deliver technical solutions to business problems
