Job Title: RPA Quality Engineer (QE)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for RPA bots, focusing on UIPath (preferred), Power Automate, and other RPA platforms.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of RPA workflows to validate business process automation.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify test scenarios and ensure robust automation solutions.
• Perform API testing and integration testing to ensure seamless workflow execution.
• Identify defects, document issues, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Continuously optimize automation testing strategies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RPA testing, preferably with UIPath (Power Automate and Automation Anywhere are a plus).
• Hands-on experience in UI automation and API testing using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and Postman.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Exposure to Cloud and DevOps practices for automation.
