RPA Project ManagerMust have:2+ years recent exp. managing AI/ML projects in Life sciences (Pharma Company)Exp liaising with internal IT, onshore and offshore RPA consultants and developers to create RPA bots and AI/ML-based solutions.Good CommunicationLinkedin PageRequired Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on experience managing AI/ML projects in the Life Sciences industry (required).8+ years of experience in project management with a focus on RPA and intelligent automation.Strong understanding of automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and ML frameworks.Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and technical vendors.Experience working with business process owners to evaluate and optimize workflows.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in life sciences (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management skills.Preferred Skills & Traits:Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and integration with RPA solutions.Experience leading global teams in a matrixed or outsourced delivery model.Ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity, and make data-informed decisions.Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery experience.PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification a plus.Prior background in clinical or R&D automation initiatives is highly desirable.
