We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to support and maintain automation solutions across Power Automate and UiPath platforms. The ideal candidate will also contribute to SharePoint and Office 365 customization efforts and collaborate closely with client and the Securities TAR Technology Architecture & Release team. This is a remote role based in India with working hours aligned to 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows
- Assist in transitioning automation workflows from Power Automate to UiPath
- Contribute to SharePoint and Office 365 customization projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver automation solutions
- Ensure automation aligns with business needs and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in roles such as:
- Automation Engineer
- RPA Developer
- Microsoft 365 Consultant
- Business Process Analyst
- Strong proficiency in:
- Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud)
- UiPath
- SharePoint Customizations
- Office 365 Customizations
- Industry background in finance, healthcare, HR, or IT services preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
