RPA DeveloperRPA developer to be responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems. The function of the role is to investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model. This position requires a flexible work schedule, availability of overtime during surges in workload, ability to work independently, a highly driven and team player with a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment.Responsibilities:Responsible to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to streamline processes and maximize efficiencyDesign automation processes as per the operational needs of an organizationScript and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issuesReview the code and the design and also provide expertise in the development, and integration of systemsConfigure new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation toolsDocument the automation proceduresResponsible to analyze current business processes in scope for automation and roboticsCollaborate with RPA Center of Excellence on best practices and code reviewCollaborate with internal IT team to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructureParticipate in training business on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practiceParticipate in technical discussions and develop strategies to solve technical challengesEducation/Certification/License Requirements:Degree in Engineering / Computer Science and / or relevant professional certificate(s)Working Experience:Must have experience with one or more RPA technologies i.e.
