Cerby is seeking an automation-focused engineer in the CHAOS Integration team to monitor, analyze, and maintain Cerby’s RPA system and programmed flows. You will build, support, and optimize RPA workflows, respond to incidents with automation, and collaborate with engineering to implement improvements for customer-facing incidents.
The role requires strong English communication, experience with REST APIs, and the ability to translate complex processes into simple steps for non-technical users.
