Seeking a forward-thinking RPA & AI Developer, the full-time position will integrate automated workflows and data-driven insights into SBA's Domestic Operations, focusing on developing and deploying scalable RPA solutions using tools like UiPath and Power Automate while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identify and develop workflow automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and streamline operations Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions aligned with business goals using UiPath and Power Automate Build dashboards using Power BI to visualize process efficiency and automation performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered 3+ years of hands-on experience in workflow automation and process optimization Proven ability to design and deploy scalable automation solutions using RPA tools Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI Experience mapping business workflows and translating them into automated processes
