Mattress Firm is seeking a Router to optimize daily delivery routes for our retail locations, ensuring customers receive their mattresses and bedding on time and in full. In this role, you will use routing tools and order data to create efficient driver schedules, balance workloads, and reduce delivery times and costs. You’ll coordinate closely with store teams, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve issues, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
