Route Settlement SpecialistThe Route Settlement Specialist in the branch locations verifies drivers' paperwork, bank deposits and full-service bags. The Route Settlement Specialist is responsible for reconciling daily routes from various locations. Other duties are assigned.Primary ResponsibilitiesCount cashVerify that checks are filled out correctly, signed, and stampedOperate adding machineSet up and maintain spreadsheets in ExcelCheck for PO #'s, customer signatures, store stamps and DSD sheetsScan paperwork to appropriate shared folders for Route Settlement and other departmentsOperation of Windows based computer systemsClerical skills, organization and filing paperworkInteract and communicate with supervisors, route drivers, and other staff in a positive and professional mannerPrepare deposits for delivery to the bankSupervisory ResponsibilitiesN/ARequirementsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma required2 or more years' experience in an office setting preferredAdditional Qualifications and CompetenciesProblem Solving/Analysis skillsCustomer/Driver focusResults-DrivenFlexibleWorks well with others to achieve goalsFollows procedures to ensure accuracyWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
