We are looking for a motivated and experienced Roustabout Manager to lead field crews and oversee operations in the Sentry, ND area. The ideal candidate as at least 5 years of hands-on experience in oilfield roustabout work and is ready to step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise roustabout crews and daily field operations
- Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and compliant with regulations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals
- Maintain equipment and oversee logistics
- Train and mentor new crew members
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of roustabout experience
- Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, tools, and safety standards
- Valid driver's license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious
